This website/ Mobile Application is operated by Krebzinstar Private Limited. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “ours” refer Krebzinstar Private Limited. Krebzinstar Private Limited offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website/mobile application. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current website/mobile application shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Krebzinstar Private Limited is an intermediary and offers a mobile based & web-based platform through this Mobile App & Web App. The mobile based & Web-Based platform is a workshop management software designed for workshops for facilitating a variety of activities including vehicle check in, creating job cards, capturing the voice of the customer, providing estimation for parts and labour, getting customer approvals, notifying the vehicle updates to customers, tracking progress of work, assigning specific work to technicians, tracking productivity and performance initiatives, getting customer feedback, managing inventory, procuring parts, generating invoices and exporting data to accounting systems, Business analytics, AMC manager, Bulk SMS Manager,
You understand, acknowledge and accept that the mobile based & Web Based Platform TTN Garage is only a mere facilitator and shall not be a party to or control in whatsoever manner any transactions between You and Customer You acknowledge and hereby accept that You and Krebzinstar Private Limited are independent professionals.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card & Debit Cards information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card & Debit Card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
Use of the Site/Mobile App is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Site/Mobile App. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you shall not register as a member of the TTN Garage. TTN Garage Mobile App reserves the right to terminate your Registration and / or refuse to provide you with access to the Mobile App if it is brought to TTN Garage App‘s notice or if it is discovered that you are under the age of 18 years.
We collect license fee from You for the use of the Mobile & Web Based Platform through TTN Garage. We offer 1 Month, 6 Month & 12 Month packages. The packages and offers shall be as mentioned in the Vendor Agreement. All packages and offers are subject to change. You shall be solely responsible for compliance of all applicable laws including those in India for making payments to Krebzinstar Private Limited for using TTN Garage. The Company reserves the right to charge convenience fee for the Services and non-payment may result in denial of Services.
i. You shall not use any “deep-link”, “page-scrape”, “robot”, “spider” or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Mobile App or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Mobile App or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Mobile App. We reserve our right to bar any such activity. ii. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the TTN Garage, or any other systems or networks connected to the TTN Garage or to any server, computer, network, or to any of the services offered on or through the Mobile App, by hacking, password “mining” or any other illegitimate means. iii. You shall not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the TTN Garage, or any network connected to the TTN Garage nor breach the security or authentication measures on the TTN Garage, or any network connected to the Mobile App. You may not reverse look-up, trace or seek to trace any information on any other Client of or visitor to TTN Garage, or any other customer, including any account on the TTN Garage not owned by You, to its source, or exploit the TTN Garage or any service or information made available or offered by or through the TTN Garage, in any way where the purpose is to reveal any information, including but not limited to personal identification or information, other than your own information, as provided for by the TTN Garage. iv. You shall not make any negative, denigrating or defamatory statement(s) or comment(s) about us or the brand name, domain name used by us including the terms TTN Garage, Krebzinstar Private Limited or otherwise engage in any conduct or action that might tarnish the image or reputation, of TTN Garage, Krebzinstar Private Limited or otherwise tarnish or dilute any trade or service marks, trade name and/or goodwill associated with TTN Garage, Krebzinstar Private Limited owned or used by us. You agree that You will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Mobile Based Platform, TTN Garage systems or networks, or any systems or networks connected to TTN Garage. v. You shall always ensure full compliance with the applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and as amended from time to time and all applicable laws, rules and regulations. vi. You shall not engage in sharing any services being provided to You through the Mobile App or related to us with any person including but not limited to individuals, companies, entities etc. You may not transmit any chain letters or unsolicited commercial or junk email to other Clients via the Mobile App. vii. It shall be a violation of these Terms of Use to use any information obtained from the Mobile App in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to another person other than us without our prior explicit consent. In order to protect our Clients from such advertising or solicitation, we reserve the right to restrict your usage of the Mobile & Web Based Platform, Mobile App for a reasonable period which we deem appropriate in our sole discretion. viii. You understand that we always have the right to disclose any information (including the identity of the persons providing information or materials on the Mobile & Web App) as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or valid governmental request. This may include, without limitation, disclosure of the information in connection with investigation of alleged illegal activity or solicitation of illegal activity or in response to a lawful court order or subpoena. In addition, we can (and You hereby expressly authorize us to) disclose any information about You to law enforcement or other government officials, as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate in connection with the investigation and/or resolution of possible crimes, especially those that may involve personal injury. ix. We reserve the right, but has no obligation, to monitor the materials posted on the Mobile & Web App. TTN Garage shall have the right to remove or edit any content that in its sole discretion violates, or is alleged to violate, any applicable law or either the spirit or letter of these Terms of Use. In no event shall TTN Garage assume or have any responsibility or liability for any Content posted or for any claims, damages or losses resulting from use of Content and/or appearance of Content on the Mobile & Web App x. It is possible that other Clients (including unauthorized Clients or “hackers”) may post or transmit offensive or obscene materials on the TTN Garage and that You may be involuntarily exposed to such offensive and obscene materials. It also is possible for others to obtain personal information about You due to your use of the TTN Garage, and that the recipient may use such information to harass or injure You. We do not approve of such unauthorized uses, but by using the Mobile & Web App You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the use of any personal information that You publicly disclose or share with others on the Mobile App. Please carefully select the type of information that You publicly disclose or share with others on the Mobile & Web App. xi. TTN Garage Mobile App shall have all the rights to take necessary action and claim damages that may occur due to your involvement/participation in any way on your own or through group/s of people, intentionally or unintentionally in DoS/DDoS (Distributed Denial of Services) xii. You shall not reverse engineer the TTN Garage Mobile & Web App, TTN Garage in whatsoever manner. You shall not build any products, services competing to us, our business. xiii. You shall not tamper with the Mobile Based Platform in whatsoever manner. In addition, you shall not also tamper with the licensing system provided to You through the TTN Garage xiv. You shall not gain any unfair advantage using, tampering with TTN Garage licensing system etc. xv. You shall not gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access in whatsoever manner to the TTN Garage
TTN Garage may integrate the mobile based platform with third party providers including but not limited to payment gateways, service catalogues, SMS Gateway etc. and may share data for facilitating transactions. TTN Garage shall not be responsible for any issues relating to Mobile Based Platform, incorrect computations, failure of payments.
TTN Garage shall not take any responsibility, liability for the images, content, services including any third-party content. TTN Garage does warrant and endorse such third-party content in whatsoever manner
The Company enables payments via payment service providers (“PSP”) partners and the User should take care not to share his personal UPI pin or OTP with any third party intentionally or unintentionally. The Company never solicits information such as UPI pin or OTP over a call or otherwise. The Company shall not be liable for any fraud due to the sharing of such details by the User. The providers providing Third Party Services / PSP partners shall not be liable for any fraud due to sharing of such details by the User. If any of such fraudulent transactions occur and where the User shares his debit/credit card or UPI information, the Company may share relevant information of such transaction if the victim approaches the Company via proper channels including customer support number and contact@tightthenut.com
i. You shall be obliged to provide accurate information and other details to us ii. You shall also adhere to the minimum age requirement i.e. 18 years as defined by the law of the land iii. You shall read all the policies, terms mentioned in the Mobile & Web App iv. You shall not copy or use the information contained in the Mobile & Web App v. You shall ensure compliance to the Client Review policy contained herein vi. You shall ensure confidentiality about your account credentials including but not limited to passwords vii. You shall be responsible for all activities you do using your account viii. You shall not tamper with the Mobile & Web Based Platform, TTN Garage ix. You shall not share the Mobile & Web Based Platform, TTN Garage with anyone including individuals, companies etc. x. You shall not transfer the license given by us to any other person, business, location without written authorization xi. You shall be keeping your credentials, passwords reasonably secure xii. You shall always ensure compliance with the MOBILE APP’s TERMS OF USE as mentioned herein xiii. You shall not engage in any activities mentioned in “PROHIBITED USE” (mentioned herein) either directly, indirectly or in whatsoever manner
TTN Garage facilitates You to create your own offers and promos for their customers. However, in some cases, the TTN Garage may push such offers and promos to the customer via its technology ensuring coordination with You.
All information regarding any offers and promos including but not limited to offer terms, coupons, promos, redemption, eligibility, expiry etc. shall be provided in the respective offers and promos and all such information shall be provided by You. These terms may differ from one offer to other. TTN Garage shall not be responsible in whatsoever manner for any offers and promos. TTN Garage shall be a mere displaying platform for this purpose
Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Pune, Maharashtra, India
TTN Garage does not warrant that description or other content of this Mobile App is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free and assumes no liability in this regard.
i.Cancellation
Online Transactions cannot be cancelled after initiating the transaction. If the workshop has added the wrong account number and requested the online payment using the same account, then the Company is not a liable party in the transaction. All the transactions will be settle in the respective account added by workshop wihting 3 working days from the date of transacion. And if there is any delay in the end of the transaction then the workshop can check with support team of Tight The Nut at contact@tightthenut.com after 3 Days cool period.
ii.Debit/Credit CardIf the User has any issues related to transactions linked with Debit/Credit card, then the User must report the same to the Company’s call center 8698761486 or Via mail contact@tightthenut.com
The Company will respond and try to resolve the issue in the given escalation matrix as per the Company’s internal processes and policies. All refunds will be processed by following the validation of the transaction from case to case basis in the given legal framework. Escalation matrix remains the same for the Refunds/Cancellation for all the transactions. The Company allows the Users to export the PDF from its account which the User can share with its customer as a statement/reminder for collections.
